Regular Room Rates:
Single & Double - $130 per night
Each extra guest - $25 per night.
Maximum 3 guests per room.

The Garden and Parlor Suite Rates:
Single & Double - $195 per night
Each extra guest - $25 per night.
Maximum 5 guests per room.

Ask about our low-season rates (January, February, March).

A 50% deposit via credit card or Paypal is required to hold a reservation.
Balance paid via cash or check on arrival.

Cancellation policy:
Guests must cancel at least 15 days in advance for a full refund.
Refunds will not be given after this time period.

Two-night minimum stay for all rooms.

Children welcome.

Check-in time by pre-arrangement.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.

The Sofia Inn does not serve breakfast, but we will cheerfully direct you to several great breakfast spots less than a block from the hotel.
